it seems that the products specifically the fireproof doors doesn’t have UL certification as was negotiated, after the shipping shipping of the products the factory stops replying and they still not sending the UL certification of the doors as it was promised and signed on the PI and Invoice.!!
the products are normal quality, but if you need UL products it is better to find another trusted supplier.!
